New Moon Meditation
The new moon marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle. It represents new beginnings, new cycles. We will be harnessing the energy of the new moon to start afresh whether we wish to form new habits, launch a creative project or initiate a business venture. Similarly this is an ideal time to plant the seed of intention for something we desire and wish to bring to fruition.
Shamanic Gift Meditation
In this meditation we connect with our higher self through the shamanic practice of aligning with the energy of the earth. This is a nurturing and regenerating meditation that ends with a visualisation that may assist in answering a question or by revealing a symbolic message.
Full Moon Meditation
We will be harnessing the powerful energy of the full moon to help us release that which no longer serves us. This could mean a behaviour or a habit, a situation, a relationship, or a part of ourself that we have outgrown. When we relinquish what has been holding us back, we create space for new possibilities to enter our lives and rejuvenate us.
The guided meditation will help us to relax, centre ourself and it will bring clarity to our purpose. We will also be marking this inner transformation with a ritual ceremony that emphasises to ourself and the universe that we are ready to let go so that the new may emerge.
OM Meditation. For Deep Relaxation and Healing.
This meditation is set to the powerful frequency of the Earth. The primal sounds of Tibetan bowls enhanced with the chanting of OM will lead you into a deep state of relaxation which results in healing at a cellular level. You will feel powerfully connected to the earth and all its living beings. This meditation is conducive to an overall state of wellbeing; physical, emotional, psychological, especially focussing on the improvement and regeneration of the health of the heart.
You will come away feeling centred, aligned, nurtured and connected.
The purpose of this workshop is to begin a journey of self-acceptance. When we learn to accept, love and honour ourself we begin to claim responsibility for ourself and therefore our happiness.
Most of us are waiting to completely accept ourselves at some point in the future: when we reach our perfect weight, when we find our perfect partner, when we land the perfect job or when we achieve material success.
The truth is that unless we accept who we are in the present moment, we are denying our very existence right now.
In order to start healing inside, we need to embrace all three aspects of ourselves; our physical, emotional and spiritual side, no matter how flawed we may feel.
We will explore ways through which we can let go of thoughts or behaviour patterns which no longer serve us. We will introduce ideas which will help to formulate new habits based in self love that will bring more joy in our day to day lives.
Through the guided meditation, we will enter a place of peace and compassion within ourselves and learn how to access it whenever we need to. The realisation that all the healing and nurturing that we need is within us and available to us at all times, puts us at the helm of manifesting our best Self and our joy.
